Buying a Mac is already expensive. Apple charges crazy prices to upgrade the internal storage too! You're better off spending your budget on things like the RAM or CPU if possible. For all of your storage needs, you can pick up a cheap external drive such as the Samsung T5 1TB SSD (you can also get a 500GB or 2TB model)
